Since 1953, SEG Instrument AB has been a leader in industrial weighing. We started when three brilliant engineers – Soderholm, Engstrom, and Gustafsson – joined forces after working on wind tunnel tests at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. This teamwork led to our name “SEG.”
Right from the beginning, we designed and made our own key products. We created load cells using our special strain gauges and electronic equipment for all sorts of scales. We even added accessories to make things work even better.
